You now have the power to record any conversation on any phone going through your SpydurPBX! You can choose to always record your telephone conversations on a per-extension basis or by a specific call queue. Additionally, calls may also be recorded On-Demand via user's telephone record button ( ) or keypress options.
Once a call is recorded and in the system, a user may search, listen to, and download their own recorded conversations by logging into the SpydurPBX via web interface and browsing their call logs. Further, office managers may log into the same interface as a superuser, viewing all calls and recordings. And finally, System Administrators have an added level of control through an online utility (the Call Recordings Archiver) which provides the ability to search, download, archive, offload, and delete all recordings within the system.
Real-world examples for the call recording abilities may include: customers calling your accounts receivable department (collections) or quality assurance by tagging customer files with sound files for orders taken over the phone.
